7gta Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

The 7gta terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of this platform. By accessing or using 7gta via the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

7gta reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been drafted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and international online gaming regulations. In the event of any legal dispute, the English version of these Terms shall be considered final.

To open an account on the 7gta platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Your account must be operated in your own name using your own payment methods.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.

A valid mobile number is required to complete registration. Your account will not be activated without number verification (OTP). 7gta may request a national ID or other documents at any time for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

All financial transactions on 7gta are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• The maximum deposit limit is ৳2,00,000 per day.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held up if verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the specified wagering requirements.

7gta offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

General rules for all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games or betting markets.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once per member (unless otherwise stated).
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.

All betting and gaming activities on 7gta are governed by the following rules:

Sports Betting:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes are generally refunded.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, 7gta reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bets placed on events linked to match-fixing or corruption may be voided.

Casino & Live Games:

• All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the results of any rounds already completed remain valid.
• If you lose connection, your game is held in reserve — you can pick up right where you left off when you return.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7gta platform. Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account for the same individual.
• Account Sharing: Allowing anyone else to use your account.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately creating accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee profits by placing opposing bets across multiple platforms.
• Use of Software: Using bots, automated software, or any hacking tools.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder funds of illegal origin through the platform.
• Data Theft: Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Participation by Minors: Opening an account for, or assisting, anyone under the age of 18.

7gta reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Significant delays in providing identity verification documents.
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
• When required by a court order or regulatory authority.
• Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months).

Voluntary Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before doing so, please settle any pending bets and withdraw your remaining balance.

Self-Exclusion: Under our Responsible Gaming policy, you can request a self-exclusion for a set period of time. During this period, logging in will not be possible.

7gta is committed to operating a reliable and secure platform. However, 7gta's liability is limited in certain areas:

• 7gta is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• 7gta bears limited liability for delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• 7gta is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.
• 7gta is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming. Please consider your means before you play.

However, if an incorrect amount is debited or credited due to a technical error, 7gta will correct it and notify the affected member.

3. Resolution: A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within a maximum of 14 business days.
4. External Mediation: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter may be referred to a neutral third-party mediator.

Any legal dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through the International Online Gaming Arbitration Commission. Users may continue using the platform during the dispute resolution process (unless their account has been suspended).
